June 7th, 2009, Empire Pageants will be crowing Miss Inland Valley, Miss Riverside Valley and Miss San Bernardino Valley. We invite those girls and young women in the Chino Hills area to come join us. Our Queens will have many opportunities to be out in the communites of their reign. This is an oppotunity to become a part of the Empire Pageant Scholorship System.
