Chino Hills City Manager Doug La Belle announced the appointment of Christine
Kelly as the City’s new Community Development Director. The post was vacated when former Director, Jim DeStefano, was tapped to become the City Manager of the City of Diamond Bar.
“Christine has a wealth of experience in project management, economic
development, planning, and administration in both the public and private sector, “ said
Doug La Belle, City Manager. “I am happy to welcome her to the Chino Hills family and
I look forward to the contributions she will make as a member of the executive team
serving the City.”
