Gwenn Norton-Perry currently serves as Mayor for the City of Chino Hills. She was a leader of the City’s incorporation effort, served as the City’s first Mayor (as well as the first female and youngest Mayor in the County at the time of her election) and has remained on the Council – emerging consistently as the highest vote getter since her initial election in 1991. Subsequently, with the term she is now serving, she has served four terms as Mayor.
